When Mike first started his own fitness journey over 15 years ago, he realized he loved teaching and encouraging others to reach their potential. Now, he has his certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), as well as his CPR and AED certifications. This allows him to create customized fitness plans for a wide range of people, from young adults to seniors who want to maintain mobility and more.
